This offering is an full day of knowledge gathering, team brainstorming, and solution design resulting in a plan of action on your Offering Management Discipline of choice.

This offering is $3,000 (not including travel if outside of Richmond, VA) and includes 4 extra hours of virtual “follow up” consulting.
